Our 6-Step Export Process

01 Inquiry & Requirements

Submit your procurement needs and destination country. Please specify your preferences for vehicles (brand, model, year, mileage) or spare parts (VIN, part numbers) along with the quantity.

Our team will verify availability across our extensive network, including holding yards and OEM factories. We will then issue a formal quotation based on your preferred Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).

Upon agreeing on terms, please provide your corporate or personal details (Tax ID or Passport). We will then draft the Proforma Invoice (PI) and Sales Contract for mutual signing.

Share your bank swift advice after arranging the deposit. Once payment is confirmed, we will immediately lock in your order, allocate the VIN, and provide comprehensive inspection videos.

While prepping your vehicles and accessories (keys, chargers, mats), we handle the full suite of Chinese export documentation, including Export Licenses, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.

We secure the shipping schedule and transport your cargo to the loading port. Once dispatched, we will provide all shipping documents and voyage details so you can track your shipment in real time.
