Export Process
Step 1：Inquiry & Consultation
Contact us with your specific procurement requirements and destination country.
- New Vehicles: Brand, model, color preferences, quantity, and optional configurations.
- Used Vehicles: Brand, production year, mileage limit, color, quantity, and vehicle condition requirements.
- Spare Parts: Vehicle specifications, VIN, part numbers or photos, and quantity.
Step 2：Sourcing & Pricing
Our sales managers will verify availability across our extensive network—including our own holding yards, cooperative OEM factories, and certified parts manufacturers. We will then provide a formal quotation tailored to your preferred Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, CIP, DDU, or DDP).
Step 3：Contract & Deposit
Once pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and shipping methods are agreed upon, you will need to provide your consignee/corporate details (Full Name, Contact Info, Email, Address, Passport Copy or Corporate Tax ID). Our team will then draft and issue the Proforma Invoice (PI) and International Sales Contract for mutual signing and sealing.
Step 4：Vehicle Preparation & Quality Assurance
Arrange the deposit payment according to the signed contract and share the Bank Swift Remittance Advice (Bank Slip) with us. Upon confirming receipt of the advance payment, we will immediately lock in your order, allocate the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and provide comprehensive vehicle inspection videos.
Step 5：Balance Payment, Shipping & Documents
We perform rigorous vehicle preparation, including checking and packing essential accessories (such as charging piles, floor mats, and keys). Concurrently, we handle the full suite of Chinese export documentation, including Export Licenses, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Conformity (COC), mandatory certifications, and environmental compliance checklists.
Step 6：Vehicle Collection
We secure the shipping schedule and transport the vehicles to the designated port of loading ahead of time. Once the vessel departs, we will provide you with the vessel/voyage details and shipping documents, enabling you to track the real-time location of your shipment throughout its transit.
