Crucially, we conduct specialized Battery State of Health (SOH) diagnostics. Customers receive a comprehensive, transparent vehicle condition report and battery health certificate before shipment.

Most Chinese EVs default to Chinese user interfaces. However, for export models, we provide solutions ranging from official English/multilingual system updates (where supported by the manufacturer) to third-party localization software or English user manuals to ensure a seamless driving experience in your country.
The majority of Chinese EVs are left-hand drive (LHD). However, certain brands produce specific right-hand drive (RHD) versions for markets like the UK, Australia, and Thailand. Please contact our sales team to check real-time inventory and customization options.

We primarily accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) (with a standard advance deposit) and irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger volume orders. To ensure transaction security, all payments are processed through our verified corporate bank accounts in China, accompanied by legally binding sales contracts.

Strategically based in Guangzhou, South China’s premier automotive logistics hub, we export globally across Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. Leveraging proximity to major ports like Nansha and Huangpu, we offer cost-effective and flexible shipping solutions including Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off), Container shipping (FCL/LCL), and International rail freight (China-Europe Railway Express).

On average, the timeline spans 4 to 8 weeks. Sourcing, 150+ point inspection, and Chinese export customs clearance take about 7–14 days. Ocean or rail transit time varies depending on your destination port (e.g., Southeast Asia: 7–15 days; Middle East/Europe: 25–45 days).

Customs & Documentation

Yes, we provide a complete turnkey export service. Our team handles the entire process within China, including obtaining the official Chinese Export License, vehicle deregistration certificates, customs declaration, and preparing all standard shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin) to ensure hassle-free import clearance at your destination.

We flexibly operate under FOB (Free On Board) Guangzhou/Shenzhen ports, or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to your named destination port. For certain regions, we can also discuss CIP or DDP options depending on local clearance capabilities.
